Warranty & Repairs
At Noa Fine Jewelry we stand behind the quality of our work and will happily care for any of our pieces whenever the need arises, and will cover the costs within one year of purchase in case the repair is needed due to the manufacturing rather than normal wear and tear.
The warranty will be voided if you take your Noa Fine Jewelry to another jeweler, as we cannot be held accountable for any outside work.
It is always recommended to insure your fine jewelry for cases not covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear will mean different things for different pieces. For example, pearls and opals - even at the highest quality - are very soft stones and can be easily damaged. Noa Fine Jewelry will be happy to repair or replace your stone or entire piece depending on the best available option in each specific case, which may involve additional costs. Diamonds are your friends if your prefer the peace of mind that your stones are hard and durable (as if one needs additional reasons to like diamonds . . . )
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or issue store credit. Store credits never expire.
Returns for exchanges and store credits are usually permitted within 30 days of delivery during the winter holiday season, and 10 days for the rest of the year. If your situation requires additional time, please contact our studio prior to ordering. Sign up for the NFJ email list prior to the holiday season to stay informed.
Returns are only accepted if the jewelry is unworn and in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, and kept in the original, secure packaging. Please note that shipping will be deducted from the store credit or the exchange value. We recommend shipping the items with insurance and tracking, as Noa Fine Jewelry is not liable for returns lost in the mail or damaged during shipping due to insufficient packaging.
International orders (outside the US) and custom orders are final sales and not eligible for return.
